At SoftWarmClassic, LLC, we believe great style should arrive with ease. That’s why we’re committed to providing reliable, timely, and affordable shipping on every order.

 Processing Times

• -Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

•  Personalized or made-to-order items may require an additional 2–3 business days to prepare before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (U.S. only): 3–7 business days  

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an added fee)  

• We currently ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories.  

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: $6.95 for orders under $75  

• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $75 or more  

• Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

• You can also log in to your account to view the status of your shipment anytime.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, please note that external factors (weather, carrier delays, etc.) may occasionally affect timing.

• If an item is on backorder or delayed, we’ll notify you right away with options.
